Refund policy

At Rip'N'Ramen, we take food safety and product quality extremely seriously.

Due to the nature of consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.

We only offer refunds, replacements, or store credits under the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrives damaged during transit
  • Packaging arrives opened or tampered with prior to delivery
  • You receive the incorrect flavour or incorrect item
  • Your order arrives faulty or unsafe for consumption upon arrival

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue, including packaging and product
  • A brief description of the problem

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • We do not offer refunds for taste preference
  • We do not offer refunds for opened or consumed products
  • Once the ramen packaging has been opened, we can no longer verify the condition or safety of the product and therefore cannot accept returns or refunds

If your claim is approved, Rip'N'Ramen may provide:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

Rip'N'Ramen reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
